Greetings everyone! I am Dr. A (short for Dr. Anbarserri), and I am the new dentist in Bishopville, South Carolina! I grew up in Saudi Arabia, and I moved to the U.S. as a 17-year-old to pursue my dream of becoming a dentist! I received my B.A. from Wellesley College, and my DMD degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, and I couldn’t be happier in caring for people’s oral health.

Many people ask me, “doc, why did you move all the way to Bishopville? What brought you here?” In all honesty, it’s the people and the quiet lifestyle! I was so tired of the hustling and bustling life of New York and New Jersey that I was becoming unhealthy physically and emotionally. I like peace and quiet, and the dental practice in Bishopville offered a very unique opportunity for a young dentist like me. So here I am!

As a dentist, I am committed to providing individualized care to meet the needs and desires of my patients. While my goal is to always strive for healthy smiles, my first objective when I meet a new patient is to find out what they want from dentistry. By understanding what a patient desires, I am able to build a unique approach and deliver individualized care. My philosophy of care stems from 1- a foundation of a life-time strategy for a healthy mouth, and 2- an aesthetic approach for a natural and healthy look.
